At Tech-Linked, we value transparency and fairness in our pricing. That's why we charge $110 per hour, in blocks of 15 minutes, so you only pay for the time you need.

Our minimum charge is for one hour, which includes the call-out fee. We believe in our ability to solve your computer issues, which is why we offer a 'No Fix No Fee' policy. If we can't resolve the central issue or provide a solution, you won't be charged.

We've found that most issues are resolved within the first hour, which is why we've set the minimum charge at one hour. This ensures that we provide excellent service and are compensated fairly for our time.

Our ‘No Fix, No Fee’ Policy

At Tech-Linked, we stand behind our work with our "No Fix, No Fee" policy.

If we are unable to resolve the central issue you have described due to our own lack of skill or knowledge, there will be no charge to you. However, if we diagnose a problem and offer a reasonable solution, you will be required to pay the minimum charge (1 hour labor) for the diagnosis, even if you choose not to go ahead with the proposed resolution.

Keep in mind that in certain circumstances, the technician's "reasonable resolution" may involve a fee for labor, hardware, or software.
